DEERFIELD BEACH, Fla. — August 26, 2002 – At the annual South Florida Business Journal Technology Awards ceremony held August 22, eDiets.com, Inc. (OTCBB:EDET), the leader in personalized online diet programs and an emerging force in personalized online fitness and motivation programs, was selected as the winner of the Best Internet Company of 2002.
