Clearwater, FL/ December 28, 2002: Continental Airlines has expanded its relationship with Applied Media Technologies Corporation (AMTC), installing AMTC’s “message on hold” systems in national call centers for bilingual, RewardOne, OnePass and BusinessFirst callers. In addition, AMTC has provided music and messages for Continental’s airport shuttles at Los Angeles International Airport. AMTC has been providing “on hold” messaging services to Continental’s regular call centers for over two years.
Anne Brieish, Continental’s Senior Analyst, Marketing Materials, said “Since incorporating AMTC's on-hold services into our locations, we've found the entire process to be a very smooth transition. From the user-friendly digital equipment to the incredibly fast production turnaround, our monthly messages are always on-time, accurate and high quality. It's comforting to know this is one area that we never have to worry about.”
