Robert Beardsley, CPA, MCT, MCSE, CCNA has been awarded the Certified Information Technology Professional (CITP) designation by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is among the first 30 professionals in the state of Florida to achieve this recognition. The CITP designation, established by the AICPA is awarded to CPAs with significant expertise in information technology strategic planning, implementation, management, and business strategies for information systems.

Robert Beardsley met the requirements to earn the designation, which includes having a CPA certificate, by demonstrating evidence of his technology business experience and life-long learning activities gained from experience as a Vice President of IT for a top Florida company, Big 4 Consulting Experience and years of project management experience. Experience and learning include the areas of:

-Information Technology Strategic Planning
-Information Systems Management
-Systems Architecture
-Business Applications and e-Business
-Security, Privacy and Contingency Planning
-System Development, Acquisition, and Project Management
-Systems Auditing and Internal Control
