Coral Springs, FL – March 3, 2003 - INN Communications, Inc. of Orlando, FL, a provider of comprehensive communications solutions for the wired and unwired world, announces that it has acquired Communications & More, Inc. (CMI) of Coral Springs, FL. CMI joins INN Wireless as divisions of INN Communications, and will bolster the company’s ability to deliver a diverse range of communications solutions to its customer base. Robert Dunlap, President and CEO of INN Communications, will be Chairman/CEO of CMI, with Lee Boyer, President, and Joe Hall, Vice President of Sales.

CMI is a provider of voice and data services small and middle-tier companies. CMI offers a suite of business phone and PBX hardware solutions, and offers equipment, installation and factory trained service for products from Avaya, Nortel and Samsung. In addition, CMI designs, installs, configures and maintains networks for data solutions. CMI will provide additional technical and network support to INN Wireless, offering clients full-service, 24/7 connectivity solutions from the backbone to the demark to the desktop. All systems are designed, configured and tested prior to delivery. Clients are also provided with options for training, support, and on-going maintenance and upgrades.
