Tampa, FL - (March 20, 2003) – Bayshore Solutions, a software developer and provider of self-serve email marketing tools, announces that they have entered into a licensing agreement with LeadsRus.com. The agreement allows LeadsRus.com to use and resell technology found in Bayshore Solutions’ MailManager email marketing software.

Through the term of the agreement, LeadsRus.com will use the MailManager technology to market products for their clients. Furthermore, LeadsRus.com will offer a branded, fully integrated version of Bayshore Solutions MailManager, giving their clients access to a suite of email marketing tools.
