ACT! CONSULTANTS DESIGN CUSTOM LABELS AND REPORTS

ACT! consultant, author and trainer, Karen Fredricks, recently launched two new ACT! add-on products: Royel’s Reports and Royel’s Labels. The products are designed to help ACT! users increase their productivity when using the ACT! program by providing them with a variety of supplemental reports and labels.

ACT! is a contact management database. It provides calendar, contact and communications functions as well as sales tools and reporting capabilities. Many users are looking for more ways to report on the Sales Pipeline that they have created in ACT! Marketing is a key part of ACT!’s functionality and the ability to print a wide variety of labels is also important to most ACT! users.

Karen Fredricks chose two other ACT! consultants, Roy Laudenslager and Stan Smith, to help in this product. Laudenslager was a former senior support technician with ACT! and Smith has an extensive knowledge of the ACT! SDK (software developer’s kit). Fredricks is the author of the three ACT! For Dummies books and the editor of two nationally published monthly ACT! newsletters.
