Speed Solution provides lowest cost model for “free to guest” hoteliers

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah - iBAHN, the leading worldwide provider of secure broadband services for hotels and meeting places announces the commercial launch of iBAHN Speed Solution across North America. iBAHN Speed Solution is the lowest cost broadband service model available to hoteliers offering High Speed Internet Access (HSIA) “free to guests.”
And iBAHN Speed Solution provides the hotel with ongoing Internet service and support for free.

Guests then have the option to use premium HSIA for a daily or weekly charge, or use basic high-speed Internet connection for free. The basic Internet service meets all major brand standards for connectivity speeds, and is ideal for light email and web browsing, while the premium Internet service is designed for corporate travelers, downloading video and music, and online gaming, which require bandwidth-intensive, high-speed Internet connections.

Additionally, of 2005 survey respondents, 13% of users planned to download video files while traveling (an increase of 11% since 2004) and 42% planned to download audio files (an increase of 16% over 2004).
