JACKSONVILLE, FL (July 1, 2003) – Pro Design Labs, Inc., a Jacksonville-based web design and marketing firm, announced today the successful launch of a new web presence for The Latin Impact Orchestra, based in Jacksonville, FL at www.LatinImpact.com and www.ImpactoLatinoBand.com.

For the past fifteen years, Latin Impact has captivated audiences, playing both current and classic arrangements, including Latin Jazz and American favorites, utilizing a variety of Latin-inspired instruments to create an explosive rhythmic experience. The new web site showcases the band’s artistry, including images from live performances and streaming audio of their contemporary salsa sound. Fans of Latin Impact can also view listings of upcoming public performances.

“Our fans have been asking us to create a web site to let them know where we would be performing around the Southeast. I am really happy with the site design, layout, and especially, the multi-lingual link buttons,” said George Rodriguez, Musical Director and co-owner of Latin Impact.

“This is just the first phase of the web site project. Future enhancements include streaming video from the band’s performances, and a newsletter to stay in touch with our fans,” said Rodriguez.

The multi-lingual site design was inspired by the band’s desire to accommodate their large following of Hispanic and English-speaking fans. The link buttons are in English, but with a quick mouse-over, change to Spanish. In addition, the band’s web site can also be accessed from a Hispanic home page at www.ImpactoLatinoBand.com.
